1. Booking & Payments

  • Advance Payment: Minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Balance Payment: Remaining amount is due 2 days before the trip.
  • Payment Modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash are accepted.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 15+ Days before trip: 90% Refund
  • 7–14 Days before trip: 50% Refund
  • Less than 7 Days: No Refund

3. Important Guidelines

  • ID Proof: Every guest must carry valid Government ID (Aadhar/Voter ID).
  • Force Majeure: Yatra K Sathi is not responsible for delays caused by landslides, extreme weather, or strikes.
  • Luggage: We are not liable for lost or damaged luggage during the journey.
